Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Blake & Rob Home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is free and non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if applicable, this will be noted on the product page).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@blakeandrob.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping address within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for damaged items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped. To cancel, email info@blakeandrob.com as soon as possible.
